Memorial Service and Celebration

Event Details
On Saturday, July 31 at 2:00 PM, Dave Wodynski's family (wife, Michelle Vizurraga, baby Sophia, brother/sister John and Anna and parents Pop and Barb) will be holding a memorial celebration of Dave's life.

The Ceremony Event from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM will be open to whomever would like to attend, and will be in Long Beach on the beach at Ocean Blvd and Pomona Ave.

Parking will be available for a fee in the Ocean and La Verne parking lot and in the Granada Beach lot. Please dress as you wish. We will be on the beach and flip-flops are highly encouraged.

Private Reception
A private special reception will follow immediately afterwards from 3:00 PMto 7:00 PM for invited family and friends on the beach at the immediately adjacent Claremont Boat Launch. More details on the reception will be sentout shortly to the invitees to the reception.Questions can be directed to Tom Modica at (562) 570-5091.

Contribution Information
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Sophia’s college fund.Checks can be made out to Michigan Education Savings Program with the account number noted in the memo field: 935418 Checks can be sent to the following two collection points:

1. Mailed or dropped off to Dave's friend Tom Modica at Long Beach City Hall at 333 West Ocean Blvd (13th Floor) Long Beach CA 90802.
   
2. Mailed to Sophia's aunt, Anna Wodynski at 9247 Foliage Lane, Munster, IN 46321.

Please retain your check stub for tax deduction purposes for States that allow a tax deduction to a 529 plan.
